Article 1 — Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SouzokuAI ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 — Service Description

The Service provides inheritance tax estimation simulations based on official land value (路線価) data published by Japan's National Tax Agency. The Service does not constitute tax advice or tax filing services.

Article 3 — Disclaimer

1. All calculations provided by the Service are rough estimates and may differ significantly from actual tax obligations.
2. The operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from use of the Service.
3. For accurate inheritance tax calculations, please consult a licensed tax professional (税理士).

Article 4 — Paid Services

The paid detailed report service was discontinued on September 29, 2026. There are currently no paid services.

Article 5 — No Tax Advisory Services

The Service does not provide or broker tax consultations. Please engage a licensed Japanese tax accountant (税理士) directly for tax advice and filings. The results of the Service are estimates only and do not constitute individual tax advice or tax filing on your behalf.

Article 6 — Prohibited Activities

1. Unauthorized use of the Service, including reverse engineering
2. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of Service data
3. Activities that cause harm to other users

Article 7 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

Article 8 — Changes to Terms

The operator may modify these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the Service.
